Davis is the creator of a body of research specifically related to the nonprofit sector. A 2010 benchmark study identified best practices particularly as it relates to boards of directors and the executive staff. Because of this expertise, organizations hire Davis to evaluate their performance and give recommendations to improve governance, collaboration and more. Davis has held executive and management positions in large and small companies in her 25 years of experience. She is the former Senior Vice President of Menttium Corporation, the nation’s leading authority on corporate mentoring programs, where she was responsible for the company’s marketing, sales and communications strategies of Fortune 500 companies across North America. In addition to leading JD Coaching & Consulting, she is an adjunct professor teaching leadership, marketing and sales and a marketing sales consultant.
