Davis has held executive and management positions in large and small companies in her 20 years of experience. Her clients are drawn from both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She is the former Senior Vice President of Menttium Corporation, the nation’s leading authority on corporate mentoring programs, where she was responsible for the company’s marketing, sales and communications strategies of Fortune 500 companies across North America. In addition to leading JD Coaching & Consulting, she is an adjunct professor teaching leadership, marketing and sales and a marketing sales consultant.
